Welp...
So much for getting things posted for my 3000. Life and things grabbed my attention... and games... and some other stuff. heh... But now here I am looking at a grand total of 5000 page-views. That just staggers me on many levels. So in keeping with that jovial idea I will be posting things, not much as far as finished things go... at least not today! HAH! But some Work in progress just to let people know that my computer is for something other than Warhammer online and dirty pictures.


And now for something completely different.


The MCBA Fallcon was this past weekend and I had the distinct privelage to watch Mr. Adam Huges [link] at work. I had hoped to get his opinion on my own work but he was waste deep in a deadline and I certainly understand that. Meeting people like this can be quite the interesting time for the unaccustomed. I've met quite a few 'famous' people so I try not to let it get to my head but this one, I think, was particularly special to me. Mr. Hughes has always been a prolific inspiration to me and my clumsily developing style. Just to watch him work, using much of the equipment i myself have in my art room and realizing that he doesn't really do anything different that anyone else can be quite sobering. Of course I'm going to dig out my old drafting markers and give those a try. If you haven't ever seen his work shame on you!
Oh I scored some old D&D supplements, some misc comics, and Savage sword of conan TPB, and A SWEET John Romita Sketch card!
